Project Update: 920 Glasgow

April 21, 2026

Progress on a small bay flex project rarely looks like a single big moment. It’s usually a series of conversations, decisions, and problem-solving sessions that quietly move the project forward—until one day the “idea” starts looking like something real.

Today was one of those steps.

We had an informative discussion with Lee at Renegade Steel about our upcoming project, and it was the kind of conversation we value most: practical, detail-oriented, and focused on what it takes to execute cleanly.

Steel is one of the major inflection points in a flex build. It affects more than just the structure—it influences layout possibilities, construction sequencing, lead times, and ultimately how functional the finished units will be for the end user. Getting alignment early helps prevent downstream redesigns, delays, and cost surprises.

As 920 Glasgow continues to move forward, we’ll be sharing updates as the plan becomes more defined—from early design direction to the milestones that signal real momentum.

Stay tuned as 920 Glasgow starts to take shape.
